The SGM2041 is an ultra-low noise linear regulator capable of supplying 250mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the SGM2041 device provides ultra-low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and very good load/line transient responses. The device is designed to work with a 1μF input and a 1μF output ceramic capacitors.
The SGM2041 is available in a Green WLCSP-0.67 ×0.67-4B package. It operates over an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
